Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the contents of your cart. You will be able to see your shipping costs and delivery options at checkout.
Smaller orders create more waste and are not as sustainable. To reduce our environmental impact, we have higher shipping costs for smaller orders. We hope you will help us make a difference by combining your purchases.
We ship exclusively to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. However, during peak periods, delays may occur, so that the total delivery time is up to 5-6 business days. We pack all orders within 24 hours and send them using the shipping method you have chosen in connection with your purchase. The selected shipping method is shown in the order confirmation you received after purchase.
If you have chosen delivery to a representative, please note that in rare cases our shipping providers are unable to deliver to the representative selected on the order - usually because the selected representative is full. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered to the desired delivery location. If your order is not delivered to the desired agent, it will be delivered to the nearest available agent.
If your package has been shipped from us but cannot be tracked by our shipping provider, it may be necessary for our shipping provider to start a larger search. In these cases, it may take up to 7 days before we receive a final decision from the provider. Of course, we do what we can to resolve the issue faster and it usually does not take more than 2-3 days to find the "missing" package.
Damaged Package
If you have received a damaged package, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the package and provide the following:
• Order number
• Pictures of the outside and inside of the package
We also recommend that you keep the box until our customer service can give you further instructions, in case we need more information to make a good complaint with the shipping company.
