Use of the right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact customer service before returning your order.

You cancel by notifying us in writing by email to beautynorna@gmail.com. It is important that you write your order number together with the cancellation so that we know which order you wish to cancel. Your right of withdrawal is only valid if you send the cancellation notice within the time limit. If you wish to cancel the purchase by refusing to accept it or by not collecting your package, you must follow the same procedure.

In the case of a defective product, this is not a cancellation, but a complaint.

It is also possible to use the standard form of the Swedish law, which can be found at the bottom of this page. It is not mandatory to use this form and your cancellation will be processed in exactly the same way as if you send us an email.

Returns
If you regret your purchase, you must return the item to us within 14 days of informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The order cannot be left at our address or sent to us without delivery.

You must pay for the shipping yourself when returning an order. If you refuse to accept the package or the package is sent back because it was not collected from an agent, this is also associated with costs. In cases where you have not incurred return shipping costs yourself, we will deduct 100 SEK from the refund, as compensation for our payment of return shipping.

It is important that all goods are returned in the original packaging and packaged securely because it is your responsibility to ensure safe transport of the goods - just as it is our responsibility to ensure that the goods are packaged correctly when they are sent to you. Therefore, it is also important that you receive a receipt that the package has been sent back so that it can be tracked and insured.

Refund
When you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you want a different refund method, it is important that you note this when you submit your cancellation.

If you return a package to us – either with a return slip or, for example, by not collecting your package from a representative or if the shipping provider has tried in vain to deliver your package – we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the package and usually within 4-5 days. Please note that in some cases it can take between 3 and 5 weeks for shipping providers to send the package back to us, depending on which shipping provider handles the return shipment.

We will refund the order as soon as we have received the goods back and verified that they meet our return conditions.

Complaints
If you purchase a product and discover that it is faulty, you can make a complaint by contacting us. If there are any errors or defects in the order you have received - e.g. material - or manufacturing defects, products missing from your order - please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the package.

You can send an email to beautynorna@gmail.com It is important that you keep the packaging and the product until your complaint has been processed. If you do not do so, we may be forced to reject your complaint.

Machine complaints

All machines ordered on our website have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your machine stops working or shows defects, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem, including appropriate documentation (e.g. pictures or videos) so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For a machine complaint, we must send the information you provide to the machine manufacturer. In most cases, we must consult with the machine manufacturer before we can offer you a final solution. This means that machine complaints may take longer (usually around 2 weeks).

If the manufacturer requires the product to be returned, reasonable costs for the return shipping will of course be covered.

Cancellation
To ensure a quick delivery of all orders, all orders are processed as quickly as possible. This means that we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.
